As soon as you reserve your new Parkes Home we will endeavour to make the buying experience both enjoyable and informative. We aim to take care of you every step of the way.

Reservation Agreement

Before you reserve you will be shown details of the appearance and location of your new home together with all relevant information.

The Reservation Agreement will set out the key terms of your home purchase, including the reservation period, purchase price and other important information.

Points of Contact

We will inform you of the main points of contact who can assist you with information during your reservation period, when moving in and beyond.

Our Sales Adviser will offer you expert guidance and practical assistance throughout the buying process. We will regularly communicate with you to keep you informed of the progress of your new home and we will respond quickly and efficiently to any queries you may have.

Specification

We will discuss and provide you with the specification applicable to your selected home.

Subject to the stage of build of your chosen home, you will be able to select certain elements of the fixtures and fittings.

For those purchasers wishing to further personalise their new home, certain optional extras may be available. We will advise you on the choices available to you dependant on the stage of build.

Quality Assured

Your home will be built in accordance with all relevant technical and building regulations.

Estimated Build Completion

We will provide you with an estimated build completion date upon reservation. We will keep you informed of progress during construction. Should construction be delayed for reasons outside of our control, i.e. due to inclement weather, delayed connection of mains services, we will keep you informed and up-dated regarding a revised build completion date.

Health & Safety

You and your family are always welcome to call to discuss your purchase. However, should you wish to view your new home during construction, we must ask that you make an appointment so that we can ensure your health and safety during your visit. When allowed to view your new home please take the advice or our experiences sales and construction personnel.

New Home Demonstration

Before occupation, a member of our team will show you your new home and demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances fitted to make sure that you are happy and familiar with their operation.

Legal Completion Day

A member of our team with meet with you to hand over your keys, do meter readings and make sure you are happy with your new home.

After you move ....

Courtesy Call

A few days after legal completion a member of our team will contact you to make sure that all is well.

After Care

During normal office hours you may contact our appointed representative to discuss any queries or problems you may have. Contact details will be supplied on completion.

LABC 10 Year Warranty and 2 Year Warranty

LABC 10 Year Warranty is applicable to every Parkes Home.

We provide a two year Warranty within your new home and enforce any warranties provided by the manufacturers for the first year of occupation. If you require any assistance or guidance please contact us.
